Our History

The business was initially established as PC Home Help in 1998, supporting local businesses and homes in the Port Macquarie area. During this time Michael was also working full time for other businesses as senior IT support.

ProServe IT formally started in 2014 where Michael continued to support small and medium-sized businesses in the local area, many of which are still with him today.

Michael has over 20 years experience in IT industry and in developing software applications. This experience has enabled him to support many IT Infrastructure deployments, streamlined workflow solutions and application development all while maintaining a high level professional service.
